Physio Inq Engadine is a local family-owned allied health clinic within the Physio Inq wider network that are currently seeking a permanent full-time or part-time Private Practice Physiotherapist to join our team. We encourage work / life balance and provide flexibility around your shifts Monday-Friday. This role could be tailored to suit a Senior Physiotherapist looking for mentoring opportunities an Associate Therapist looking to grow or a new graduate. There is the potential (if desired) to develop in a structured way towards Senior and manager roles. It is Monday-Friday only.
What youll do
Work in an in-clinic MSK capacity providing assessment treatment and rehab to our wide variety of wonderful clients including those funded privately through Medicare Veterans Affairs Work Cover and CTP.
Receive clinical support from senior therapists and the clinic owner to grow your knowledge skills and confidence.
Collaborate with other members of our team including Specialty Physios Exercise Physiologists and Client Relationship Managers to support our clients needs and make a real difference.
Assist in building relationships with the local community network including sport clubs gyms local doctors and surgeons and other businesses to help build your own client base and area of interest.
Liaise with your manager to work towards your career goals in a structured way.
What you need
Passion and the drive to make a difference.
Strong interpersonal skills ie a great communicator and people person among your clients and team.
Keen critical thinking skills to create personal treatment plans.
Full of initiative & enthusiasm.
Learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perceptions.
AHPRA Registration; Australian work rights.
