Job Description
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shift system basis working a mix of days and nights.
WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Sampler to join the team in Selby. This individual will be functionally responsible to the Supervisors for the daytoday operation of carrying out on site sampling of Biomass Ash and Oil.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Required Competencies
- Good timekeeping and time management skills.
- Handles challenges in a mature manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Full UK Driving License
Responsibilities
- Sample Biomass from Rail and Road lorry deliveries
- Sample Ash and oil from pre determined locations
- Collect samples for the onsite Drax chemistry lab
Required work experience
- Previous work experience as a Sampler or similar will be advantageous.
