Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN
Morning Shift: 8am 5pm
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to join our team. As an ADON you will be a key leader in our organization driving excellence and commitment among our caregivers.

Qualifications We Seek:
- Nursing Excellence: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with a valid State licensure as an RN.
- Experience Matters: At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care experience is a must.
- Leadership Skills: Showcase your leadership abilities with one to three 13 years of management or supervisory experience in longterm care acute care restorative or geriatric nursing.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in the use of personal computers and (EMR) systems.
- Able to adhere to weekend oncall rotation (every 4 weeks)
- Ability to lead a team and provide quality care and customer service to residents families and visitors.
- Ability to implement and follow processes and procedures set forth by company and facility.
- Teamwork Attitude: Must be flexible and fill in when needed. All of our staff are crossed train and expected to assist work and participate in tasks as they arise.
