Branch Manager (Largo MD): Responsible for the successful management and leadership of the assigned Boland Supply Location. Also responsible for managing Supply operations and developing personnel markets and product representation.
Essential Duties:
Operational Management
Direct and supervise all branch operations including client service sales and administrative tasks.
Ensure efficient and effective branch operations including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage the branch budget and ensure profitability.
Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including replenishment stocking cycle counting and physical inventory.
Oversee parts deliveries stocking and storage.
Staff Management
Hire train and supervise branch staff providing coaching and development opportunities.
Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional client service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Business Development
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase sales.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the branchs client base and revenue.
Promote the companys products and services to clients.
Financial Performance
Monitor and analyze the branchs financial performance identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
Client Service
Provide excellent client service to all clients both in person and over the phone.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
Responsible for developing and implementing an On Call schedule for the Supply location.
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree (BA) from fouryear college/ university two year Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 5 years parts management related experience
Previous sales experience is a plus
Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Teams etc. Salesforce and general software knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard phone reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch and crawl
Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs with a device
