Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Billing Account Coordinator to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Assures customer satisfaction with workers compensation and employer billing by working as a team with PNOH to manage the business customer relationship and by handling the employer billing process using a program unique to workers compensation and industrial accounts. Interfaces with employers patients medical staff attorneys work comp carriers and thirdparty payers in person by phone or by mail to establish and maintain the customers billing satisfaction and ensure prompt reimbursement of the accounts receivable. Bills and followsup on nofault motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims.
