Purchasing Agent Stock Replenishment

Full Time MondayFriday Day Shift
Department: Operations Stock Replenishment

Were looking for a Purchasing Agent to join our Stock Replenishment teama key role that helps keep our shelves full our customers happy and our operations running like clockwork.

What Youll Do:
  • Ensure our stock stays replenished by inputting and sending accurate purchase orders
  • Work closely with suppliers to confirm pricing quantities and shipping schedules
  • Monitor and follow up on open POsresolving issues before they become problems
  • Communicate across departments to provide updates and insights
  • Analyze stock needs and assist with reports charts and supply chain trends
  • Schedule truckloads and coordinate deliveries with our shipping partners
  • Keep everything running smoothly using Excel Outlook and our internal systems
