Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Computer Teacher to join Podar International School in Ratnagiri. Qualifications and Skills
- A strong understanding of computer fundamentals and the ability to impart this knowledge to students effectively.
- Proficiency in Scratch programming (Mandatory skill) PRT Computer (Mandatory skill) and general computer skills (Mandatory skill).
- Solid experience or understanding of the responsibilities of a computer teacher.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that align with the educational institutions standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students fellow teachers and parents.
- Capacity to evaluate students progress and adapt teaching methods to meet varying needs and interests.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities grading and reporting effectively.
- Passion for teaching and the willingness to learn and adopt new educational technologies and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver educational programs to engage students with diverse learning capabilities in computer education.
- Teach computer concepts Scratch programming and prepare students for practical examinations.
- Assist in curriculum development and enhancement ensuring alignment with national and international educational standards.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student records progress reports and attendance logs efficiently.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to facilitate student engagement and learning in computer science.
- Communicate with parents about their childrens progress and address any concerns effectively.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of computer education and integrate new technologies into the classroom.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to promote a cohesive and innovative learning environment.
