We seek a motivated and detailoriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and coordinating with internal teams to deliver highquality marketing services. This is a targetdriven role with a focus on generating repeat business and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services.
- Achieve sales targets by generating repeat business and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative digital strategy) to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and present reports proposals and presentations to clients.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing account management or a similar role in a marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
