Your Role
As the Senior Director of Clinics youll oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our Rural Health Clinics ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing clinic efficiency maintaining compliance and fostering a culture of excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Administration Develop policies ensure compliance with healthcare laws and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Staff Management Hire train and support medical professionals and administrative staff.
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight Develop and manage clinic budgets ensuring financial sustainability.
- Patient Care & Experience Drive highquality patient care address concerns and implement improvements.
- Operational Efficiency Oversee scheduling workflow and resource allocation to maximize clinic effectiveness.
What Youll Need
- Education Bachelors or masters degree in healthcare administration Business Administration Nursing or a related field.
- Experience At least 3 years of clinic management experience preferably in a union environment.
- Skills & Knowledge Familiarity with Rural Health Clinic regulations healthcare laws and best practices.
- Technical Proficiency Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic.
- Certifications BLS certification (required within 6 monthswell help you get it).
