Job Description
Join our team as a PAG Processing Manager in the Project Approval Group (PAG) within Chase Mortgage Banking. Lead and support a team of PAG Processors to achieve productivity quality and customer satisfaction goals.
As a PAG Processing Manager within our dynamic team you will be responsible for providing leadership guidance and support to PAG Processors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our team meets and exceeds company standards for productivity quality and customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with implementing performance plans to achieve monthly and annual goals. Additionally you will play a key role in developing the skills of your team through goalsetting delegation training counseling and performance management.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee processors timely collection and submission of project documents to PAG Underwriting.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of information in all applicable systems.
- Work closely with PAG Underwriting Operations and Sales Partners.
- Implement performance plans to achieve monthly and annual goals.
- Develop the skills of subordinates through goalsetting delegation training counseling and performance management.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager or supervisor.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage lending business.
- Excellent analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate well in difficult situations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office software.
- Adhere to turn time commitments in a highvolume environment.
- Excellent teamwork orientation and ability to work independently in a fastmoving environment.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- College 4year degree preferred.
