About the Role

We are seeking a highperforming and driven MICE Sales professional to join our team in Chennai at the Senior Executive to Assistant Manager level. This role will focus on acquiring and managing largescale MICE business with an annual sales target of 810 Crores.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities building lasting client relationships and converting leads into successful MICE events while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless endtoend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
    Identify approach and close new MICE clients to meet annual revenue targets of 810 Cr.

  • Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with corporate clients and event partners.

  • Sales Strategy &
    Plan and execute sales strategies tailored to regional opportunities and client needs.

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
    Develop a healthy pipeline of leads follow up consistently and ensure high conversion rates.

  • Proposal Development
    Prepare winning proposals and pitch presentations for events conferences and corporate offsites.

  • Collaboration
    Work closely with internal departments (operations contracting finance) to ensure flawless event .

  • Market Awareness
    Stay informed of MICE market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 58 years in MICE or B2B travel sales preferably with exposure to highrevenue corporate clients.

  • Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet/exceed annual revenue targets of 8 Cr.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of MICE sales corporate event planning and travel logistics.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present proposals and close deals with seniorlevel decisionmakers.

  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of event tech tools is a plus.
