Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for experienced Dealership Rental Manager to join our team and work in conjunction with our Service & Sales teams to manage and operate our courtesy transportation program.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and monitor the condition of rental vehicles on a daily basis and provide weekly reports
- Manage all documentation within the customer rental process.
- Verify customer license & insurance information for compliance
- Complete & execute rental contracts explain policies to customers and obtain customer signatures
- Take ownership of rental process within the dealership and ensuring profitability for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience with dealership rental & service department preferred
- TSD Experience Preferred
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic disposition positive attitude is a must!
- Ability to speak articulately
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year prior experience working within an automotive dealership
- Call center experience PREFERRED
- Reynolds & Reynolds Experience PREFERRED
