The Kentucky College of Art and Design (KyCAD) is seeking a Director of Financial Aid to fulfill a role instrumental to the creation of a successful supportive studentfocused federal Financial Aid department at the growing College. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer the Director of Financial Aid provides financial aid services to students at KyCAD. This position focuses on fulfilling the core responsibilities associated with screening students for financial aid eligibility providing guidance to students families and KyCAD personnel in the area of federal financial aid.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the work as outlined in the position description and responsibilities sections above.
This position requires the ability to lift 30lbs (approx. and must be able to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.

Work is performed in a dynamic environment that requires sensitivity to change and responsiveness to changing and moving institutional goals priorities and needs.
