Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing OnSite)
Luxfer Magtech specializes in developing manufacturing and supplying a broad range of products that safeguard and protect from flameless ration heaters that give our U.S. Military a hot meal innovative chemical response kits designed to detect and decontaminate chemical warfare agents to nutritious hot food and beverage options for militaries and first responders.
Position:
The Human Resources Generalist position is a key member of the HR Team and vital to the departments success. This is a true generalist role with exposure to nearly all facets of the human resources functionality sometimes all in the same day! Flexibility and adaptability are a must.

This position requires access to our exportcontrolled commodities technical data technology and services. These items are restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to U.S. Citizens Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. and properly licensed foreign persons. Therefore employment is contingent on compliance with ITAR regulations and successfully obtaining and maintaining the necessary export authorization license from the U.S. Department of Commerces Bureau of Industry and Security U.S. Department of States Office of Defense Trade Controls or other applicable government agency. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
