Position: Counsellor (Female Only)
Location: Chandigarh (Tricity Chandigarh Mohali Panchkula)
Company: Pivot Implants Dental Academy
Experience: 14 years FullTime
Who Were Looking For:
We are hiring a female Counsellor to guide aspiring dentists manage admissions and be the face of our academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries via phone WhatsApp email & walkins
- Explain courses fee structure & career paths in implantology
- Maintain lead records and followup status in CRM
- Assist with documentation orientation & onboarding
- Represent the academy at dental colleges & industry events
- Work closely with the marketing & training teams
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (BDS preferred)
- Must be based in Chandigarh Mohali or Panchkula
- Strong communication & counselling skills
- CRM knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Prior experience in admissions healthcare or dental education
