The Job
- Reach out to potential customers with provided warm leads NO COLD CALLING!
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and customer retention.
- Communicate the benefits of utilizing Inc Authority as a business formation partner to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Consult clients on business name checks formation and filing compliancy registration timelines legal documentation etc.
- Identifying new opportunities for business growth along with providing a great customer experience throughout the sales process.

Essential Functions:
- Excellent Phone Communication Skills
- Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
- CareerMinded Professional
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year in a customer facing role.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year in a salesbased role (preferred but not required).
- Techsavvy with basic computer skills (MS Office CRMs).
