Job Description
Our client is a major player within the automotive industry.
We are seeking a proactive quick learner with a keen ability to assess risks and analyze the companys needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prioritizing costs evaluating program efficiency and implementing digital solutions. A proven track record and strong analytical abilities along with a deep understanding of business operations are essential. This role requires a sharp resultsdriven professional with excellent entrepreneurial instincts
Objectives of this role:
- Identifies new SMART digitalization programs and focuses on as many successes as possible in implementations.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly setting IT goals analyzing performance data making forecasts and cost reduction.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic IT solutions that integrate our digitalization programs and reduce costs through optimization and digitization processes aligning with the companys global strategy.
- Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative. Handle businesscritical IT tasks and systems administration.
- Develops an IT security roadmap and guides the business towards an IT security strategy; Manage major IT and business initiatives including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions definition and local implementation of global standards and highly business applications.
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure including operating systems security tools applications servers email systems laptops desktops software and hardware.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in managing the IT Department in the production industry. Preferably in the automotive industry.
- Very good leadership skills and relationship building.
- Very good experience on ERP systems.
- Good IT technical expertise.
- Proven record of success with the entire IT digitalization process from planning to closing.
- Good ability to understand the entire IT structure.
- Completed university studies in the IT field.
- Englishprofessional.
