La risorsa gestir lassistenza telefonica per unazienda che opera nel campo assicurativo.
Mansione:
gestione chiamate in entrata e fidelizzazione cliente
gestione reclami e risoluzione problematiche attivit informativa su prodotti servizi e iniziative commerciali.
Requisiti richiesti:
diploma di maturit
dimestichezza e velocit nellutilizzo del pc
attitudine commerciale
capacit di lavoro in team.
