About the Company:
This is a fulltime role for a partner agency in the selfstorage industry specializing in technologydriven storage solutions. They focus on enhancing the rental experience through seamless digital tools and personalized customer service helping individuals and businesses with secure and convenient storage options.
Location: Latin America & the Philippines Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Turn incoming calls and online leads into confirmed selfstorage rentals
- Guide customers through unit options and pricing matching needs with solutions
- Upsell when appropriate to boost revenue and occupancy
- Handle moveout calls with empathyaiming to retain customers through tailored rebuttals
- Log customer interactions in the CRM with accuracy and timeliness
- Hit key performance targets: conversions followups and call volumes
- Collaborate in team huddles and training sessions to stay sharp
- Provide toptier onbrand customer service every time
- Must be available to work within US time zones.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 1 year in sales or a call center (bonus points if youve done both)
- Confident persuasive communicator with strong listening skills
- Goaldriven with a competitive edge and drive to exceed quotas
- Comfortable with CRM tools call software and everyday tech (Microsoft Office etc.
- Quick on your feetadaptable coachable and ready to problemsolve
