Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re hiring a Talent Manager to join our Influencer Marketing department as we expand our roster of creators. This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer space and knows how to build manage and support talent across different platforms.
The goal: grow and manage a strong network of influencers and creators while supporting campaign and longterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with current influencers and identify new talent to join our roster
Act as the main point of contact for creators supporting them from onboarding through to campaign wrapup
Help creators align with brand needs and ensure deliverables are met
Coordinate with internal teams on campaign planning briefs and content approvals
Maintain organized records of influencer contracts performance and communications
Track trends and emerging creators across TikTok Instagram YouTube & more
Requirements
2 years of experience in influencer marketing talent management or creator partnerships
Strong understanding of social media trends creator culture and content strategy
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Organized selfsufficient and able to manage multiple creators at once
Comfortable working remotely with international teams
