Export Team Leader
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced freight forwarder to gain a pathway into management within a successful organisation that continues to grow. Our client is currently looking for an Export supervisor to oversee a small team.
The company is an international logistics and transportation specialist that provides unique services that cater to the needs of specific industry sectors.

The role will offer the right candidate the chance to take real responsibility within the office and provides an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within management.
Duties will include:
Overseeing a small team within the export department as well as managing your own customers.
Facilitating client s international transportation needs worldwide which will include both FCL/LCL shipments and Cross Trades.
Involved in all aspects of the international shipping process.
Dealing with shipping lines and haulers
Arranging paperwork for customs clearance
Liaising with customers throughout the process to ensure accurate efficient and timely final delivery to end users.
Work with the warehouse on a daily basis in order to facilitate the correct orders for customers.
This is a highly customer focused role which will involve high levels of interaction with both customers and internal and external colleagues throughout the process so you must be able to promote a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the team.
To be considered for this role you will have gained previous experience within a freight forwarder dealing with export operations. Equally important are your excellent communication skills and strong customer focus awareness.
Successful candidates will also need to be highly professional and require an excellent telephone manner with the ability to deal and react with customers in the most professional way.
Our client is offering a very generous salary 3040k Negotiable depending on experience
