Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CCS Designer with extensive experience in Utilities and Collections and Payments to join our team on a 6month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCS) solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Oracle CCS solutions for Utilities and Collections and Payments modules.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Create detailed design documents and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customise Oracle CCS applications to align with business processes.
  • Perform system testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle CCS.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
You will have worked on at least 3 previous implementations and have over 5 years CC&B with at least 12 months CCS experience.
You must be based in Europe.
