Job Description
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (Permanent)
Our client a large international distribution company with US headquarters in the Buffalo area is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily finance/sales analysis responsibilities contributing to overall success of the organization
- Regularly review sales performance breaking it down into regions/dealers/product categories in order to accurately develop realistic KPIs for the Sales team
- Collaborate with Sales/Finance leadership to create/adjust annual and semiannual incentive programs
- Conduct thorough research into bonus/commission adjustments analyzing the corrective action taking place and report all pertinent findings
- Create and distribute daily/monthly sales reports which will reflect target achievements to both leadership and sales reps
- Identify trends and provide key information proactively so that sales team members can pivot their approaches in order to best achieve goals
- Create and present daily sales reports for US and Canadian Operations
- Analyze annual commission plan for potential improvements and design adjustments providing educated recommendations to upper leadership
- Manage complex data sets ensuring information is input into systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Generate and distribute bonus/commission payroll reports as needed
- Regularly collaborate with Global IT Development team to make improvements regarding the incentive compensation plan s ERP integration and reporting
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is fulltime direct hire
- Standard 40 hours/week 1st shift
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days inoffice 2 days WFH
- $80000 $90000 annually depending on experience
- Medical Dental 401k match FSA/HSA Life Insurance PTO
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related
- 35 years relevant Financial Analysis experience
- Excellent computer skills (Excel PowerPoint)
- SAP/SalesForce experience preferred
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Selfmotivated driven energetic great personality and communication skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Relocation not available
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
