We re looking for a resultsdriven Paid Social & Google Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube and Google Ads. Your mission: drive traffic increase conversions and elevate our brand s digital presence.
You ll work closely with our creative content and analytics teams to deliver highperforming campaigns that generate measurable ROI and fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Instagram TikTok Google Search Google Display and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; adjust strategy to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research audience targeting and A/B testing across platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with digital advertising trends tools and best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets across channels and ensure efficient spend.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROAS etc..
- Proficient in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads Manager etc..
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Datadriven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.
- Experience in eCommerce SaaS or B2B marketing is a plus.
