Job Description
Become our client s Jr Cybersecurity Analyst and take charge of detecting threats investigating alerts and escalating risks before they impact operations. Youll manage email security monitor Office 365 issues and coordinate with vendors all while staying current with evolving cyber threats in a fastpaced compliancefocused healthcare manufacturing environment.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Work setup: Onsite Bogot and Medellin
- Monitor and follow up on security alerts including:
- Email attachment threats
- Malicious website access
- Office 365 security issues and outage reports
- Escalate potential risks and ensure proper documentation
- Notify vendors regarding issues with cameras or card access devices
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and evolving threats
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 3 years of experience in IT support cybersecurity or systems monitoring
- Handson experience with security alert management and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with security platforms such as:
- Crowdstrike
- Arctic Wolf
- Mimecast
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 security tools and threat alerts
- Background in managing email security endpoint protection or SIEM alerts
- Proactive attitude toward cyber threat detection vendor coordination and incident reporting
