Your Role in the Bigger Picture
Be part of our client s team as an Accountant and drive the financial engine behind worldclass creative projects. You ll handle endtoend AP/AR tasks improve processes and collaborate across regions all in a global fastpaced digital marketing environment.
Shift: Monday to Friday 03:00 PM 12:00 AM
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
Accounting Role
- Manage centralized Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Maintain thorough records and support reconciliation efforts
Accounts Receivable
- Create new customer records
- Generate and issue sales invoices to clients
- Monitor and reconcile payments monthly
- Follow up on overdue invoices promptly
Accounts Payable
- Create new vendor records
- Process vendor bills and payments
- Reconcile AP accounts monthly across all regions
- Perform monthly AR/AP aging bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support intercompany transactions and balance reconciliation
- Assist APAC and EMEA accountants in monthend closing and financial reporting
NetSuite Process Improvement
- Work with consultants to evaluate and streamline accounting processes
- Increase efficiency and accuracy within the NetSuite system
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Enhance financial reporting and reduce manual tasks
- Manage Vendor and Customer Master Data chart of accounts and financial reporting structures
Requirements
What It Takes to Succeed
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CPA ACCA or equivalent certification (preferred)
- 2 5 years of experience in accounting roles
- Handson experience with NetSuite ERP Finance system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proactive mindset with a solutionsfocused approach
