Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor club income and expenditure to ensure budget compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Oversee banking operations and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts in coordination with club management.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file tax returns as required.
- Provide financial advice to the club manager/board when necessary.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard club assets.
- Support membership billing and track member dues and payments.
Requirements
- Diploma in Finance Accounting/Degree is added advantage.
- Currently pursuing CPA.
- Minimum of 2 Years of experience.
