Job Description
As an Oracle EPM Solution Architect you will:
- Lead Oracle EPM implementations with a primary focus on FCCS and PBCS modules.
- Serve as the functional expert and solution architect guiding financial consolidation and planning processes.
- Conduct and optimize Chart of Accounts (COA) studies in alignment with industry best practices.
- Define and document the ToBe implementation blueprint mapped to FCCS incorporating EPM best practices.
- Oversee endtoend (E2E) EPM implementations and business transformation initiatives.
- Provide expertise in Oracle EPM products and recommend productbased solutions.
- Design and drive data migration strategies as per Oracle EPM guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 8 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) particularly FCCS and PBCS.
- A strong finance background; candidates with Chartered Accountant qualifications are highly preferred.
- Handson knowledge of finance business processes related to consolidation and planning.
- Proven experience in EPM solution design data migration and system optimization.
You should possess the ability to:
- Translate complex financial business requirements into EPM technical and functional solutions.
- Analyze and improve COA structures effectively.
- Map existing consolidation processes to Oracle FCCS with minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure successful system implementation and user adoption.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
