Job Description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: MondayFriday; 8:00 AM5:00 PM Sarasota FL

Job Overview:

This role is perfect for someone who can move quickly work independently and communicate clearly while building useful

automations resolving platform issues and keeping our clients running smoothly.

What You ll Do:

Solve support tickets in real time using your scripting API and troubleshooting skills (think: automation requests config issues and workflow bugs).

Build and maintain tools using Phyton JavaScript Zapier Make and other platforms to connect and optimize webbased systems.

Create clear documentation and Looms for every solution delivered so our clients feel confident and our team stays in sync.

Collaborate across time zones asynchronously with our internal team updating work flagging blockers and staying in flow.

Take ownership of Rocks quarterly project goals that move the company forward and earn bonuses for shipping on time.

Proactively improve systems and internal tooling during downtime to help us scale better and smarter.

Measurables You ll Be Evaluated On:

Speed to Deliver: Solutions deployed within 2 business days

SelfSufficiency: 80 of tickets resolved without escalation

Bug Turnarounds: Fixes within 24 hours of report

Documentation: 100 of solutions delivered with Loom or written instructions

Repeat Ticket Rate: Less than 1.2 followups per solution

Proactive Projects: 12 internal wins shipped per month

Communication: Clear timely updates and a sync collaboration

Rocks: $200 bonus for each completed ontime project

Requirements

Strong experience with Zapier Make or similar automation platforms

Familiarity with REST APIs Phyton JavaScript and JSON

Experience supporting webbased SaaS tools

A fast resourceful getitdone mindset

Excellent written and async communication skills
