Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess supply needs forecast demand and manage procurement processes including supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and distribution of medical supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations for all procured medical supplies and equipment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and costeffectiveness in the supply chain
- Generate reports analyze supply chain data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decisionmaking and provide training on supply chain processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or logistics
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. APICS CSCP CPSM) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel supply chain management software (e.g. SAP Oracle) with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
