Job Description
As a Casual Sales Assistant at our brandnew Dundee store youll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and supporting the success of our launch. This customerfacing role is all about driving loyalty and sales through bespoke personalised service inspiring customers through your passion for our products and brand.
Youll thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and work flexibly to support various departments when needed from frontofhouse styling to maintaining backofhouse excellence.
- Be the first point of contact greet and engage with customers
- Step in to support colleagues on tills when required
- Deliver a worldclass customer experience that stands out in the marketplace
- Support customers with confidence actively listening to their preferences and needs
- Promote and demonstrate multichannel services to drive sales and loyalty
- Maintain high personal and visual presentation standards
- Contribute ideas and energy to instore events and brand activations
- Drive loss prevention awareness throughout your work
- Follow all health and safety policies and store procedures at all times
Qualifications :
- Previous customerfacing experience suited to a premium retail environment
- A genuine passion for customer service and enhancing the shopping experience
- Sales driven with the confidence to meet and exceed targets
- Strong communicator able to engage with both customers and colleagues
- A flexible team player whos adaptable to changing needs and store priorities
