Job Description

PROCON New Englands premier architecture interior design engineering construction management an INTEGRATED DESIGNBUILD solution firm celebrating 90 years in business seeks a Marketing Coordinator with digital marketing knowledge event planning video creation and editing event photography and solid organizational skills to assist the Marketing department in a variety of daily activities.

This position calls for an individual who can prioritize and execute a diverse array of projects and deadlines take direction from and work alongside the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Marketing Director to help tell PROCONs story across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media plan and on Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Assist with and manage company and employee event organization and (Industry tradeshows corporate meetings Company BBQs sponsorships lunch and learns etc).
  • Maintain and continually update our CRM database.
  • Proposal collateral including the creation and maintenance of team resumes and project profiles.
  • Create client corporate capabilities designed for their project type.
  • Manage and organize the marketing workroom and supplies and all storage closets.
  • Assist with internal marketing and promotional materials; including graphics
  • Video creation and editing
  • Event Photography
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team in all areas.
  • Support all other departments with marketing needs.
     

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required.
  • 2 years of experience working in a marketing department ideally in the A/E/C industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
  • Acute attention to detail  
  • Must be able to thrive in a fastpaced marketing environment  
  • Working knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint Adobe Suite including InDesign with some knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator                                                                  
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously strong drive to succeed
