Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Santa Clarita United States. As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce highquality parts and components for our manufacturing processes.

  • Set up operate and maintain various CNC machines including mills and lathes
  • Program CNC machines using Gcode and Mcode making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications
  • Perform precision measurements and quality control checks on machined parts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and programs
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety protocols
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in CNC machining preferred
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in CNC machining
  • Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines including mills and lathes
  • Strong knowledge of Gcode and Mcode programming
  • Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
  • Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques
  • Understanding of metalworking and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with various material properties and machining characteristics
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
  • NIMS (National Institute for Metalworking Skills) certification preferred
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
