The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a 3 month shortterm project to complete the full historic reconciliation of the Groups employee cost balance sheet control accounts and implement a new process for the accurate and efficient reconciliation of the balances going forward.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project scope:
1. Full reconciliation of the 3 payroll control accounts
2. Proposal of adjustment required to adjust all 3 accounts across all companies to a balance that is supportable by payroll records and any other thirdparty evidence
3. Design of monthly reconciliation process for the 3 control accounts to support a smooth transition of the payroll R2R monthly activity to the Hub (not TOM related as already in place as required to pick up Lindsay work which could not be absorbed by the UK team)
4. Full reconciliation of the bonus and commission control accounts
5. Proposal of adjustment required to agree balance to supporting calculations
6. Design of monthly reconciliation process
