Job Description

  • Manage collections for government and state contracts including navigating budget cycles and contract renewal periods.
  • Own and execute the full dunning and followup process including 30/60/90 day escalation workflows.
  • Track outstanding invoices and proactively engage with internal billing teams and Account Managers (AMs) to drive resolution.
  • Interpret contractual obligations to identify billing milestones and renewal triggers and ensure compliance with statebystate guidelines.
  • Work within customer portals to resolve paymentrelated issues.
  • Advise billing teams on process improvements using datadriven methods

Qualifications :

  • with prior experience managing government/state collections.
  • NetSuite ERP power user youve lived in it not just dabbled.
  • Solid foundation in contracts obligations billing milestones and renewal cycles.
  • Deep familiarity with the timing of state payments budget cycles and the creative followups often required.
  •  Detailedoriented mindset
  • A sense of urgency and while adhering to processes
  • A proactive mindset
