Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Sales Enablement & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries with a focus on expanding our footprint in financial services and insurance.
  • Lead presales activities including client discovery solution design and RFP developmentensuring alignment between client challenges and Logic20/20 offerings.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to shape gotomarket strategies develop tailored proposals and close strategic engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by providing insights into digital transformation trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

Client Delivery

  • Lead delivery of complex consulting engagements ensuring quality alignment with client goals and strong business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies and transformation roadmaps that drive agility innovation and longterm growth.
  • Guide the implementation of enterprise solutionsincluding cloud SaaS AI and advanced analyticsto solve complex business challenges and unlock value.
  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless highimpact delivery.

Practice Development & People Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to evolve our consulting offerings build internal capabilities and support firmwide strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach consultants fostering their career growth while building a strong diverse and highperforming team.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration continuous learning and clientfirst thinking that reflects Logic20/20s values.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by sharing industry insights best practices and innovation trends across the organization.

Qualifications :

  • 7 years of consulting experience at a leading firm with a strong background in business development client delivery and practice and people development
  • Proven experience in presales cycles solution design and proposal development.
  • Deep knowledge of one or more of our core industriesfinancial services insurance energy & utilities or technology.
  • Deep knowledge in one or more of our core capabilities digital strategy and transformation AI machine learning and advanced analytics.
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide crossfunctional teams.
  • A passion for mentoring team development and fostering an inclusive growthoriented culture.

The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performancebased bonuses and other incentives.
