Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations including scheduling meetings maintaining records and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Translation Services: Provide accurate and timely translations (written and oral) for documents presentations and communications related to deals and client interactions.
  • Deal Support: Assist in preparing proposals contracts and documentation for ongoing and potential deals.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between multilingual stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain an accessible repository for dealrelated documents in multiple languages.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in translation and administrative roles.
  • Fluency in English Spanish and Catalan with strong proficiency in business terminology.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office CRM platforms and translation software.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the PLO Officer position must possess the following qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite with particular emphasis on advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.
  2. Demonstrated ability to create professional presentations and comprehensive documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Fluency in English Catalan and Spanish with the capability to provide accurate translations between these languages.
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
  5. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  6. Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  7. Strong communication skills both written and verbal in all three required languages.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  9. Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred but equivalent work experience may be considered.
