Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Dealing with Guest Queries
- Management of guest luggage
- Managing guest admission
- Assisting the reception team
- General Porter Duties
Requirements:
- Previous customer care experience is required
Candidate must be reliable and flexible with working hours - You must be legally allowed to work 40 hours per week
- Requires very strong communication skills fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding job which includes regular lifting and a lot of walking.
- Must be able to regularly lift baggage and luggage.
