Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop and/or systems hardware and software May coach and provide guidance to lessexperienced professionals Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems investigate causes and recommend solutions Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify investigate resolve and followup problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Requirements: HS or GED ad 5 yrs of exp OR BS and 0 yrs of exp IAT certification required. Must have customer Service experience. Must be a US Citizen.
Approximate Salary Range: $55000 $59000
