The Property Management Division (PMD) serves three primary functions for the agency; Facilities Management Fleet Management and Supply Management. Duties
This position is assigned to the Facilities Section and supports their mission and goals by providing support. This section provides maintenance for all communication towers including electrical and generator work. The Facilities Section is also responsible for the maintenance of 63 weigh stations across the state in coordination with Commercial Vehicles Division and also maintains the WSPs security and lock system.
Our new teammate will be able to:- Maintain and repair buildings as capable
- Maintain landscaping not covered by contracts
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Order supplies and parts for inventory and repairs
- Prepare and oversee annual records accordingly
- Track and maintain vehicle records
- Prepare work orders
- Provides facility support as requested by supervisor
- Maintain clean and safe work space
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to climb a ladder.
- Must be able to sit stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be a selfstarter who can see a project through to completion.
