Youll be at the forefront of our expansion into the DACH market identifying opportunities opening doors and shaping relationships with clients in industries like fintech ecommerce healthcare and SaaS. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the DACH region
- Build and nurture longterm business relationships
- Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
- Analyze market trends competition and new business opportunities
Position how youll contribute
- Research identify and engage with potential clients in the DACH region
- Present our software development capabilities and cocreate tailored solutions
- Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Build strong longterm relationships with clients and partners
- Work closely with our tech leads and delivery team to scope and align on solutions
- Attend tech events conferences and industry meetups
This role requires candidates to be based in Germany.
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Fluent in German (C1 or above) required
- Proficiency in English (B2 or above)
- Understanding of business culture and practices in the DACH region
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Selfdriven goaloriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in selling IT SaaS or consulting services
