End User Support IT Operations Onboarding & VIP Support
OVERVIEW:
To strengthen our experienced team were looking for End User Support to join our Munich office. Youll be the goto person for all local IT needs while collaborating closely with our international IT teams. If youre a proactive and handson person who enjoys solving problems and working in a fastpaced techdriven environment we want to hear from you.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to local and remote users (hardware software connectivity)
- Own daily IT operations: laptop setup software installation user access provisioning and permission management
- Manage endtoend IT onboarding and offboarding: hardware setup user account creation/deactivation access rights and documentation
- Handle IT equipment procurement asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy
- Be a reliable and friendly IT presence in the office ensuring smooth daytoday operations
- Build strong relationships with local office management
- Provide VIP IT support for executives and visitors from other offices
- Regularly travel to the St. Gallen office to provide onsite support and infrastructure maintenance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 Intune Azure AD (Entra ID) and endpoint protection solutions
- Create and maintain clear and concise internal IT documentation
- Contribute actively to service improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience as an End User Support Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 macOS Linux and common business applications
- Handson experience with Microsoft 365 Azure AD/Entra ID Intune Exchange Online
- Familiarity with Jamf or other MDM tools for managing Apple devices is a strong plus
- Knowledge of ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Excellent communication and customer service skills professional clear and userfriendly
- Selfmotivated with the ability to take ownership of local IT responsibilities
- Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting remote colleagues
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
