Job Description
To work as Resident Project manager / Dy Team Leader for the Project and to co ordinate between Agency Department and internal team members. To act as the Lead for the entire Project till completion of construction period and 2 months thereafter.
Responsible for ensuring timely implementation of project by coordinating among Contractor Agency Department Division offices Circle offices & PMU. Monitoring of day to day activities of internal team and also contractor attending client meetings with proper MOM and PPTs; certification of bills; Monitoring quality and progress of contarctors. Following instructions of STUP management. Submission of STUP invoices and followup of bills with client for payments
Qualifications :
Post Graduation Degree in any one area of Civil Engineering ; Post Graduate in any one area of Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in water infrastructure works with total of 10 years of experience and must have worked as Team Leader / DTL/ RPM/Construction manager / Project Manager for 3 years
OR
Graduate in any one area of Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in water infrastructure works with total of 15 years of experience and must have worked as Team Leader / DTL/ RPM/Construction manager / Project Manager for 5 years.
