Join a dynamic globally recognized organization where people are our greatest asset. Were looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our team with background in recruitment and talent acquisition to support our growth and drive our talent strategy forward.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Lead endtoend recruitment processes from job scoping to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for key roles.
- Provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including employee relations talent development career development performance management and HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR within a multinational environment with emphasis on recruitment.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decisionmaking.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with strong problemsolving mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Strong data analytical skills ability to interpret HR metrics recruitment data and workforce trends to support datadriven decisionmaking. Mastery of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Native Portuguese fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level).
You will be working on a hybrid model (mandatory 3 days/week at the office).
