Are you excited about this Staff Accountant job
As a FullTime Staff Accountant at Viking CocaCola youll be at the heart of our daily operations managing the dynamic environment of Armada. Your role will include analyzing monthly financials to provide insights that drive efficiency. Youll adeptly handle sending out statements and processing crucial orders sales invoices AP invoices and cash receipts while maintaining fixed assets for VCC VB and FC.
Youll take charge of preparing and processing vital quarterly and annual filings including IFTA 2290 UCR Registration and various tax obligations. Reconciling bank statements and assisting the Assistant Controller and CFO in account analysis will be integral to your contributions. Additionally you will process CMS invoices weekly track essential metrics and compile information for sales tax filings in MN and WI including refund submissions.

What you need to be successful
To thrive as a FullTime Staff Accountant at Viking CocaCola youll need a robust skill set paired with a 4year BS degree in accounting. Your knowledge of accounting principles methods and practices will be essential in navigating the complexities of daily operations. Proficiency in computer programs such as Word Excel Great Plains and QuickBooks is preferable along with strong 10key skills for efficient data entry.
You should excel at following directions prioritizing tasks and maintaining confidentiality. Effective and professional communication with employees management and external contacts is paramount ensuring smooth collaboration across the board. A keen attention to detail and accuracy will set you apart as you tackle financial analysis and reconciliation.
