Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced IT Network Specialist to support the installation configuration and maintenance of commercial LAN/WAN systems and related infrastructure. This role involves integration with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and other IPbased systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and support network systems (LAN WAN and internet segments) at client sites.
- Maintain network hardware/software and perform routine diagnostics to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Terminate and test Cat6 data drops and punch down patch panels.
- Install switch racks and integrate network equipment in structured cabling environments.
- Provide technical support for system upgrades and execute network audits.
- Collaborate on ESS integration projects and manage IPbased devices and databases.
- Handle small to midsize projects independently including field reporting and updates.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of network installation and maintenance experience.
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for network and systemrelated issues.
- Working knowledge of IP protocols and network topologies.
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally.
