About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Perth or Adelaide based Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to expand our presence in the public space retail education and design specification sectors within WA and SA. The successful candidate will work closely with direct customers such as councils and retail groups as well as Landscape Architects and designers to specify our products on commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Landscape Architects councils retail groups and other stakeholders to promote and specify BG products on commercial projects.
- Provide guidance and education to customers on a range of standard and customized solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales support production logistics and finance to achieve common goals.
- Ensure accurate pipeline management of projects and customer opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience to either Landscape Architects Architects and Interior Designers public space specialists retail groups Education and Councils essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence educate and guide customers.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Passion for architecture and design with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- Car allowance including tolls and fuel competitive base salary and bonus package based on experience.
- The job requires a weeks travel to Adelaide/Perth 34 times a year and travel to Sydney 34 times a year is required for team building and conferences.
