About the Role

As one of the first Product Marketing hires at Hinge this is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our Product Marketing function while driving impactful gotomarket strategies. This role requires both highlevel strategic thinking and a willingness to dive into the details to bring launches to lifewhether its crafting positioning writing a creative brief or ensuring flawless . No task is too small and no challenge is too big. If youre a seasoned Product Marketer whos hungry to build execute and iterate in a fastmoving environment with an ambitious Product Vision this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

    • Drive Strategic GotoMarket : Develop and execute comprehensive gotomarket plans for new features ensuring alignment with overall product and company objectives.
    • Craft Cohesive Consumer Narratives: Identify larger stories and connect multiple feature launches for a clear compelling market position.
    • Lead EndtoEnd Launch Management: Oversee the endtoend process of marketing feature launches. Clearly define marketing needs and coordinate various parts of the marketing organization to execute against those needs.
    • Develop InsightDriven Creative Briefs: Develop and deliver clear and thoughtful strategic and channel briefs that lead to effective and best in class messaging and creative that is consistent across marketing and product surfaces.
    • Be a Key Partner to the Product Team: Share actionable insights and learnings to shape future product development and marketing strategies.
    • CrossFunctional Team Player: Work closely with designers product managers and other crossfunctional leads during feature scoping and gotomarket planning to ensure we are testing measuring and optimizing upon and beyond feature launch for key audiences.
    • Optimize Feature Success Beyond Launch: Partner with design product and marketing teams to test measure and refine strategies for key audiences beyond the initial launch.
    • Build and Maintain a Messaging Hub for Marketing Partners: Build a knowledge base of messaging and creative assets for teams to leverage across marketing channels.

What Were Looking For:

    • 4 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully driving gotomarket launches.
    • Project Management: Experience and success in managing crossfunctional teams to bring products and features to market.
    • Demonstrated ability to create detailed and actionable Product Briefs
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams
    • A highly selfmotivated actionoriented operator. No task is too small.
    • Familiarity with both acquisition and engagement data; ability to take data and turn into insights to inform future plans

$124000 $149000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training jobrelated skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
