Home Health Admission RN $80K $10K Bonus Watsontown PA FullTime
Join a compassionate missiondriven care team as a Home Health Admission RN in Watsontown PA supporting patients across Snyder Union Lycoming Clinton and Northumberland counties. This fulltime role offers a competitive salary of $80000/year plus a $10000 firstyear bonus generous benefits and a MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday schedule 8 AM 6 PM).
Key Responsibilities:

Perform 3 Start of Care (SOC) visits per day

Deliver and manage individualized care plans in a homebased setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes

Accurately document care using Practice Partner EMR or similar platforms
-
Use mobile technology (tablet/phone) to chart and communicate in realtime
-
Maintain clinical compliance and patientcentered communication
Required Qualifications:
-
Active RN License in Pennsylvania
-
Valid drivers License and personal transportation
-
1 year experience in Home Health or Hospice
-
Proficient in EMR/EHR platforms such as Practice Partner

AHA BLS (required) ACLS (preferred)
Preferred:

Experience managing patient admissions

RN License number included with application
Schedule:

4day work week 8 AM6 PM SOCfocused visits
