Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing schedules coordinating events and facilitating communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and events.
Maintain communication with clients vendors and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Handle correspondence emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
Coordinate logistics for events including venue bookings catering and transportation.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document management.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associates or bachelors degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
